Training is so much more than just getting physically fit. It improves your mental health, confidence and is the foundations to becoming the best version of you. Have you ever lacked confidence in asking someone out on a date? Or to ask your boss for a pay rise? Or been nervous when going into a job interview? We have all been there. Strength training and working with me as your coach will help you improve your confidence so none of these scare you.
