ABOUT ME

I have been involved in fitness for over 12 years now, having started strength training when I was a skinny 18-year-old with no confidence. Strength training has completely changed my life and it is now my passion to help others change theirs. 

 

As a consumer I have been through every diet and training programme you can imagine so I know what works and what doesn’t. I have made the mistakes so you don't have to. Within the past few years, I have found functional fitness, which is fantastic for building strength, losing body fat, and improving cardiovascular fitness. It is also very enjoyable which makes it easy to stick to long term. 

 

Functional fitness is a type of exercise that supports your everyday life. It includes core movements such as pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and carrying. By strengthening the muscles in the same way you would need to use them for certain tasks, it reduces your risk of injury and increases your quality of life.

Although the ethos is the same, every client I work with is different. As a new client, you will get a bespoke programme tailored to you to achieve your goal. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or improve confidence then I will have the solution for you. I cater for both gym goers and those that prefer to train at home.
