Training Programmes
I offer functional fitness programmes catered for strength building, fat loss and cardiovascular fitness.
There is a choice of 3 programmes:

Minimal kit - designed for busy professionals who train at home

The everyday athlete - Designed for beginners who are just getting into fitness

The everyday athlete pro - designed for individuals who want to take their training to the next level
Weekly sessions are sent to your phone over the weekend, ready to start on Monday.
