I have been working with Jake a long time now. When I first started in the gym, I had zero confidence and no idea what I was doing. I was a skinny 23-year-old, having just finished university my life lacked purpose. Jake gave me the confidence to start strength training and taught me everything I now know. 

 

He is very knowledgeable with his programming and great at communicating what I need to do each week. He gives me nutritional advice, sets my calorie and protein targets, and keeps me on track with both. 

 

When I first started with Jake, I could barely lift a 20kg bar off my chest, I can now confidently bench 60kg+ and all my compound lifts have improved dramatically, all within the space of a year.
