I have been working with Jake a long time now. When I first started in the gym, I had zero confidence and no idea what I was doing. I was a skinny 23-year-old, having just finished university my life lacked purpose. Jake gave me the confidence to start strength training and taught me everything I now know.
He is very knowledgeable with his programming and great at communicating what I need to do each week. He gives me nutritional advice, sets my calorie and protein targets, and keeps me on track with both.

I contacted Jake having followed his progress on Instagram. It took me a while to take the plunge, but I am so glad I finally did.

If it wasn’t for Jake, I would still be following a boring training programme and eating bland chicken, broccoli, and rice. Jake structured my training in a way that made it far more enjoyable whilst also gaining strength and improving my fitness.
